Downtime of Virtue RF Microneedling

RF microneedling has very little downtime after the procedure. If you have more sensitive skin, you may appear red for up to three days after the treatment. Our recommendation is to limit sun exposure and apply makeup after 24 hours after the procedure.

Patients who receive Exact RF microneedling for the under eye area may have downtime for up to 5-7 days. This is due to the sensitivity of the lower eyelids. It is normal to expect redness, swelling and some bruising in this area.
