An innovative skincare treatment that harnesses the power of exosomes to revitalize and enhance the beauty of your skin. This transformative facial treatment is suitable for all skin types and helps to correct dullness, fine lines and other signs of aging. The process involves gently stamping a blend of exosomes and hydrating ingredients all throughout the face which results in firmer, tighter, and smoother skin. It’s the perfect treatment to have done before a wedding or big event!
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles naturally released by the cells in the body. They act as messengers, shuttling essential proteins, lipids and growth factors between cells to promote tissue repair. The exosomes we use are derived from adipose (aka fat) or periumbilical cord tissue, but do not contain any live cells. They are rich in regenerative molecules, making them a valuable resource for various therapeutic applications such as treatment of alopecia and combatting signs of aging.
Exosomes are part of the newest term in modern aesthetics and regenerative medicine. They have similar benefits to PRP such as having anti-inflammatory and healing properties, but are in many ways more potent and do not require a blood draw.
What Does the Exosome Facial Treat?
- Aging skin
- Lines and wrinkles
- Uneven texture
- Redness and inflammation
- Enlarged pores
- Sun damage
The aging process begins early in our 20’s when we start to lose about 1% of collagen every year. This combined with damage from environmental factors is what causes skin laxity and volume loss. The Exosome Facial is a skin rejuvenation treatment that combats these visible signs of aging. It promotes the production of collagen and elastin, improving skin elasticity and firmness. This can lead to a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, leaving you with a more youthful and radiant complexion.
Exosomes also stimulate cellular turnover, helping to promote the growth of new, healthy skin. This can improve texture, pore size and create a more vibrant, refreshed appearance. The exosomes are delivered in a potent serum which sends signals throughout the skin to repair and regenerate. In addition to exosomes, the serum also contains humectants, growth factors, peptides, vitamins, amino acids and coenzymes to deeply hydrate and nourish the skin. These highly important ingredients are found within many skincare products, but by physically stamping them into the skin, the benefits can penetrate more deeply for longer-lasting results.
What Our Patients Say
Courtney was amazing! She is knowledge, smart, and caring. She really took her time to understand my needs and wants and did a fabulous job. I also find her prices very reasonable. I will definitely be using Courtney for all my beauty treatments (and supports). This was a GREAT find! I highly recommend!!!
The facial begins with dermaplaning manual exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, which helps the exosomes to better penetrate the skin. Next the exosome serum is gently pressed into the skin using a 19-needle microchanneling device which penetrates the epidermis to accurately deliver the solution. During this process, the exosomes, with their growth factors and signaling molecules, penetrate the deeper layers of your skin, targeting specific skin concerns such as dullness, dryness, pigment, fine lines and wrinkles. The facial is concluded with an exosome balm that contains intense hydrators to optimize treatment results and reduce downtime. The balm then serves as your post-procedure product to use at home which works to strengthen the skin barrier as well as help reduce sensitivity and redness.
Exosomes are commonly combined with other treatments to maximize results and decrease any post-procedure redness. We can apply a layer of exosome serum to the skin following procedures such as RF microneedling, CoolPeel, CO2 or non-ablative lasers, which helps to speed up recovery and enhance results. This means you can enjoy more intensive procedures without the lengthy downtime or skin sensitivity.
Pricing for exosome facials depends on the type of treatment and how many areas are being done.
This ranges from $500-800 per treatment.
For correction of specific skin concerns such as enlarged pores, fine lines and dullness, we recommend a series of 3 treatments spaced out 4-6 weeks apart.
For a maintenance regimen, patients can have exosome facials done on an as needed basis or every 3 months.

How Are Exosomes Different from PRP?
Exosomes and PRP are both used in aesthetics and regenerative medicine, but are distinct in terms of their composition and mechanism of action. Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles released by cells and play a vital role in extracellular communication. They contain growth factors, cytokines and other bioactive molecules that can promote tissue repair, stimulate collagen production and improve overall skin health. Exosomes have a more targeted approach as they deliver specific signaling molecules directly to the cells in the treated area.nPRP involves a blood draw from the patient, which is then processed to isolate a concentrated solution of platelets. Platelets are rich in growth factors and other proteins that are known to promote tissue healing and regeneration. In aesthetic procedures, PRP is typically used with microneedling to stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It works by releasing growth factors and stimulating cellular processes in the area of treatment. nBoth exosomes and PRP are used for hair restoration, and are often combined for maximum benefit.
Do Exosome Facials Have any Downtime?
Exosome facials have no social downtime and are often associated with an immediate post-procedure glow. If you have more sensitive skin, the treatment area may appear pink for up to 24 hours after the facial.
How Should I Prepare for My Exosome Facial?
It is recommended you avoid unprotected sun exposure for at least 4 weeks prior to your appointment. We also ask that you avoid skincare products with active ingredients for 5 days before treatment. These include retinol, vitamin C, AHA and BHA products.
What Can I Expect During an Exosome Facial Appointment?
Your provider will perform a full consultation, where all available options will be discussed. We will collaboratively decide what areas to treat and the type of exosome facial that is most appropriate for you.nThe process begins with dermaplaning to manually exfoliate the skin and remove dead cells for better penetration of the serum. The exosomes are then stamped across the face and neck using a micro channeling device. This infuses the serum directly into the top layers of the skin.nThe treatment takes around 30-45 minutes to perform and is followed by applying an exosome balm and SPF to protect the skin from the sun.
