Kenneth O. Rothaus, MD is a board-certified Manhattan and Westchester plastic surgeon offering cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for the face, breast, body, and skin. Educated at Yale College and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Rothaus’ general and plastic surgery training was at the Columbia and Cornell campuses of the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Rothaus values the wants and needs of his patients and strives to give them the best experience possible.
Courtney Brown, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Courtney Brown, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and worked at Boston Children’s Hospital in preparation for PA school. Educated at the Weill Cornell Medicine PA Program in New York City, she completed extensive surgical training at Memorial Sloan Kettering and New York Presbyterian. Courtney first assists plastic surgeon Dr. Kenneth Rothaus in surgery and independently performs all of our injectables, lasers and skin treatments. Courtney particularly loves creating custom treatment plans, layering various cosmetic procedures to achieve the best results.

Licensed Esthetician
Joleen Billac, LE is a licensed clinical esthetician educated at the esteemed Christine Valmy International School for Esthetics in New York City. Joleen brings a unique approach to her clients that combines holistic remedies with state-of-the-art aesthetic tech to provide a deeper nurturing experience. She possesses over a decade of experience implementing corrective and preventive skin treatments and providing clients with measurable, bespoke results. Joleen is currently expanding her scope of practice by completing a nursing degree at Columbia University.
