An innovative cosmetic treatment that achieves rejuvenation through regeneration.
PRP has gained significant attention for its ability to rejuvenate the skin. Often referred to as “liquid gold,” it is a natural product derived from your blood. This serum is rich in bioactive proteins that accelerate the body’s healing processes as well as enhance overall skin and hair health.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a cutting-edge medical procedure that utilizes the natural healing properties of platelets found in your blood. PRP is rich in growth factors and proteins that play a crucial role in tissue repair, cell regeneration, and collagen production. During a PRP treatment, a small amount of your blood is drawn and processed to concentrate the platelets, which are then strategically injected into targeted areas of your scalp and skin. We also use it as an add-on to many microneedling, exosomes and gold microinfusion treatments for additional skin glow.
BENEFITS OF PRP
- Natural approach
- Minimal downtime
- Safe and well-tolerated
PRP is commonly used to rejuvenate the face by stimulating collagen production and enhancing skin quality. It can address fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin, leading to a more youthful and radiant appearance.
Scalp injections with PRP can help combat hair loss and thinning by promoting hair follicle growth as well as strengthening existing hair. It is a non-surgical option for individuals wanting to restore their hair volume and density.
PRP can assist in improving the appearance of acne scars by stimulating collagen and elastin production, which helps to smooth and improve the skin’s texture.
Microneedling and gold microinfusion treatments create micro-channels in the skin, allowing PRP to penetrate deeper and deliver its healing and growth factors precisely where they are needed most. This powerful combination results in a more robust and accelerated rejuvenation of the skin’s supportive structure. Patients experience youthful radiance and improvement in skin texture, thanks to the impact on collagen and elastin production.

PRP with Gold Microinfusion, $900

Results from PRP last months, depending on the individual. After completing a full series for hair restoration, we recommend continuing treatments every 3-4 months to maintain results.
Patients who have PRP with microneedling can see the maximum results 4-6 weeks after a series of 3 treatments. These skin improvements can last for many months after that as long as you follow an effective skincare regimen.

What can I expect during a PRP appointment?
Each PRP appointment includes a thorough consultation with your provider. You will be given all available options for your particular concerns and anti-aging goals. The procedure starts with a small blood draw of 1 tube. This is then placed in the centrifuge that spins for 5 minutes to isolate the PRP from the blood. Scalp injections with PRP can cause mild pain, so we offer Pronox to ensure you are comfortable throughout the treatment. This is a patient-controlled gas containing nitrous oxide and oxygen; think of it as a lighter version of laughing gas used at the dentist. Pronox provides analgesia and also helps to ease anxiety. If hair restoration is your goal, the provider then injects PRP into the scalp in areas that need it most. Otherwise, the PRP is stamped into the skin during a microneedling or gold microinfusion treatment.
How many PRP treatments do I need for hair restoration?
It requires several PRP treatments to adequately restore hair growth and slow hair loss. We recommend at least 6 treatments, spaced out 1 month apart, followed by quarterly treatments, for maximum results.
When will I see hair growth after PRP?
Patients often start to see slower hair loss after the first few treatments with PRP. Hair growth can be visible after the 6th or 7th treatment, which continues to improve with subsequent office visits.
What is the downtime after PRP?
There is no downtime after PRP procedures. You may return to your normal daily activities immediately afterward.
